1. TIME
Set up how long is the Training. For you and for your students.
For instance – Face to face – presentation training, 2 times 2 hours is the best (or one time 4 hours)
Online training – 4 times 1 week (one month), about 5 minutes, 6 video-interventions (one at the beginning, 4 for weeks and a final video)
20 exercises , about 5 minutes video-presentation, 10 minutes do-it-yourself
Total student time = 4 hours live or 5.5 hours in streaming and personal study

2. WRITING THE STRUCTURE
Write it so it fits the structure of time above.
If there is more, you will have a free e-book to share with your students.

3. COLLATERAL PRODUCTS
If could be any;
They issue from the knowledge – infographics, designs, badges, agendas, playcards, posters, articles, books, interviews; etc

4. VIDEO STRUCTURE
you can try a structure of 6 presentation-movies of 5 minutes
4 exercices-movies of 5 minutes
1 interview about programme
1 intro/pitch about programme (combined sales); etc

5. EXERCISES or Hands-On Part
How many ? 1 per working day , 5 per week, 20 per month;
How long ? 10 minutes personal study
Comprehension level – medium;
Documentation links – yes.

6. SCENARIOS
Write scripts for every film, exercise, presentation.

7. FILMING, EDITING, PUBLISHING
(maybe the most time-consuming step)

8. LOGIC of DISTRIBUTION
If – Then – That
IF somebody registers and BUY the training, then LAUNCH programme
IF somebody registers and DOES NOT BUY the training but we have the email address, launch in next day once, in one week with 10% discount twice, in one month with 20% third and THEN DELETE from Database.
etc etc

9. LOAD DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
upload all the materials
do the links
test the system

10. LAUNCH
Start Online Distribution
Start Marketing
Start Sales
