Havas Media reveals a study counting 9.3 mil French OFFLINE (18% from population)

The main reasons are :
– over 60 years Minitel generation are not good driving the keyboards and suffers of isolation
–  some people gain not enough to afford a permanent Internet connexion (3.8% population parents of 16% ado)
– fear, especially of the dangers in private life
– the voluntary anti-internet movement (1.7 million),  they just don’t want TV or Internet

France is going down in Web Index,  trend showing that the interess for Internet is lowering every year
