Tony Hsieh is a very special character. At age 24, as co-founder,  he was involved in selling an advertising network for 260 million dollars. He invested in an online store that he sold for 850 million dollars. Now he is putting all the money in a dream of 21.000 sqm of co-working place and 50.000 sqm of retail space. Where ? Answer : Downtown ! Of course ! City : SinCity !

Bref, he wants to rebuild the old part of Las Vegas in a huge startup/it/tech/e-commerce.
The investment is 350 million dollars :
– 200 mil infrastructure
– 100 mil for start-ups coming to Vegas
–  50 mil education for kids and trainings
The city wanted also to invest in this project but Tony Hsieh left them the Strip Blv. (the street with casinos), preferring to invest alone in the old downtown (historical center).

For sure he is not suffering of Impostor Syndrome .. 🙂 And of course, the rhetoric question – Europe, can you beat this ?
